Looking back to move fwd

So here we stand ten years on, outside the EU in a place no one voted for. It’s time for a reality check. 

👉🏼Voters were never offered a genuine choice to leave the EU – nobody knew what outside the EU would come to mean. 

👉🏼And even if we had been, that choice was vitiated by the level of deception that prevailed – a ‘fake Rolex prospectus’ that has left us trapped in a cycle of misinformation and unreality. 

Acknowledging this truth isn’t about rehashing old arguments. It is the only way to heal and move forward as a nation.
